Delivery
Glorious Walls is a division of the 8Ball Mail Order Ltd group of companies.
All postage to UK address’ for Glorious Wall orders are free! Delivery of any Goods will be by courier or post depending on the size and nature of the items on your order. If the item on your order is small it will be sent in a reinforced A4 envelope, if your item is larger it will be sent in a postal tube on Recorded Delivery which will require a signature upon delivery. Both methods of postage are to ensure your order is received in perfect condition.
For UK orders The Goods will normally be dispatched within 24 hours Monday- Friday and delivered within 5 days of the placement of the order. If dispatch is delayed beyond we will notify you that this is the case and you will have an option to cancel your order if the delay is unacceptable.
Overseas orders will be sent by Royal Mail Priority Airmail. Delivery on this service is normally within 7 days however due to your package being handed over to the delivery address’ countries national Postal Service, it may take up to 14 days from date of dispatch to be delivered, depending on the country you are sending your order to. Orders to Italy, Cyprus and Eastern Europe are some of the countries we know that can take up to this time.
If you order any item from 8Ball Mail Order Ltd it is you as the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all the details you provide on the Glorious Walls website to 8Ball Mail Order Ltd are correct. This includes your billing address, contact telephone numbers, email address (if applicable), and delivery address. It is not the responsibility of 8Ball Mail Order to correct any delivery address’, and under The Data Protection Act we cannot amend your billing address details. You can do this immediately through your customer account on www.gloriouswallstickers.com. We will ship goods to the address you as the customer provide us with. It is your responsibility to review all your billing address, contact telephone numbers, email address (if applicable), and delivery address to ensure they are correct at the registration of your account, at the checkout and payment process, as well as to review all these details on your confirmation order email.
Cancellation & Returns
You may cancel your order at any time before delivery, without affecting the continuance of
this agreement between 8Ball Mail Order Ltd and you in relation to use of this Web Site. If any money has been collected from your credit or debit card, this will be refunded. Notification of cancellation must be either in writing and sent to the address stated above or emailed to help@gloriouswallstickers.com. Once the Goods have been delivered, you may still return them to gloriouswallstickers.com within 28 working days of dispatch for a full refund (minus postage costs), provided the Goods are in good condition. This means that you have not attempted any application, have not tampered with the design, application tape, or any part of the product which will mean the item cannot be resold. You may not return an item after this time has expired. Where Services have been ordered, you may cancel the order within 7 working days of the day on which the order was placed if the item has not already been dispatched.
To return an item then you must first obtain a returns number from us before sending back any items. You can do this by logging into your account. Go to your 'Past Orders' and you will see a link under the appropriate order where you can make a formal online returns request.
